The Perfect Day

Having a perfect day is a state of mind, its an inner knowing that everything is going to be alright, its knowing that love is higher energy that elevates all things above the vibration of fear.

Having a perfect day means that you’re having one of those days where everything goes smooth, no drama, you wake up in a great mood, have the best breakfast and work just feel right, your coworkers make you feel like you are in the right place, your special one makes you feel so happy and everything just flows naturally. A perfect day is when you can understand that even difficulties come your way there is always a hidden lesson.

When you understand that everything happens for a reason, then you also realize that what is happening to you right now is exactly what’s supposed to be happening and the more you resist the more pain you cause. Having a perfect day means living and not resisting what comes your way because you possess the knowledge of universal perfection.


Therefore when you are in alignment with universal perfection, you can see things how they truly are, when you lose your alignment and your “monkey-mind” resists the universe then you lose alignment. It’s been two years since I started my spiritual path and I have seen how different my day goes when I start my morning right, somehow  morning sets the tone for your entire day, nonetheless a lot of highly productive people do their more difficult task during the first hours of the day.  Consequently a kick ass morning routine include the following components:

  • Yoga(or any other exercise that you love). Yoga is by far my favorite exercise and I love to start my day doing 20 minutes of yoga. Yoga not only enhances your physical body but also helps you to relax your mind and soul.
  • Meditation. Nothing can calm my mind better than incense in the morning while I focus on my mantras: “Om shanti”. Om is great when you can´t calm down or just feel so much stress. During my meditations I try different breathing techniques, there are so many different techniques and ways to meditate so research before experimenting
  • Healthy breakfasts are essential because “you are what you eat”. Having plenty of fruits and veggies are part of my everyday essential routine.
  • Set an intention.  Once you can see it, you can do it. Setting an intention helps you to stay focused on what really matters for you, on your 3 months goal set ( I will talk to  you about it more, since is doing wonders for me). Having an intention will motivated you when is hard to get out of bed.
I hope these tips will help you to make everyday a great one.  Life has many things that seem real, but they are an illusion such as fear, envy and separation but in the end the only real thing is love.  Love is the inner voice telling you everything is going to be alright.
